  • Review, reconcile and remit payment for TSA Security Badges issued to Touchstone Hospitality IV, LLC employees

Accounts Receivable

  • Retrieve (on-line from Donatos VPN) daily sales transactions
  • Record, monitor, match and verify Credit Card receipts
  • Record daily sales transactions in accounting software
  • Reconcile Monthly Sales Activity

Income Statements

  • Track revenues and expenses to determine the operating performance of the business venture
  • Determine what areas of the business are over-budget or under-budget
  • Identify specific items causing unexpected expenditures
  • Track dramatic increases in product returns or cost of goods sold as a percentage of sales

Balance Sheet

 

  • Identify and analyze cash flow trends
  • Determine if the business is in a position to expand
  • Determine if the business is able to survive the ebb and flow of regular revenue and expenses
  • Determine if immediate steps need to be taken to bolster cash reserves

Record Keeping

 

  • Create and maintain filing system for records of all transactions in keeping with generally accepted accounting Practices (GAAP). This includes, but is not limited to:
