Management Consultation
Help to contain costs and increase profitability. This is done through a variety of measures such as daily monitoring of checking accounts, monitoring and verifying invoices before payments are made, etc.
Assist on-site General Manager on an as needed basis with questions/issues/concerns pertaining to the day to day operations
Assist partner(s) with completing requirements for licensing/ financial related information and inquiries
Schedule and actively participate in Bi-Weekly Management Meeting to discuss on-going operations
Participate and contribute to meetings between the brand (Donatos) and the partnership on an as needed basis
Fixed Assets
Identify and categorize any new acquisitions of fixed assets
Maintain schedule of fixed assets
Prepare and post monthly journal entries to record appropriate depreciation expense
Reporting
- Provide sales report to partners on a weekly basis
- Provide Required Monthly Financial Reporting to Donatos Corporate on the behalf of the company
- Provide ad hoc reporting on an as needed basis to the General Manager, Partners or Donatos Corporate Office
- Calculate and self-report monthly Rent and Marketing Fees due based on sales figures to Columbus Regional Airport Authority
